Green 1950s Vintage Hats for Women for sale | eBay。This is a hat made by Lecie in the calot style in what I believe to be its original hat box and receipt: purchased from Washer Bros in Fort Worth, TX. There is a tag on the box saying it is from 1938 and a receipt in the box from 1958.  I am not sure which date is the right one, but the maker Lecie\'s and the style of hat are more surely from the 50s. Size: Modern Small Condition: Very good overall, with no major structural flaws or missing elements.  The netting is falling off on one side but is easily reattached.  STYLE This calot hat embodies the classic mid-century millinery style with its brimless, close-fitting rounded crown that sits neatly toward the back of the head, leaving the face and hairstyle beautifully uncovered.
