Vintage Riding Hat Black Size 7.25”bowler fur Felt Hat | eBay。Vintage women\'s equestrian \"Hunt Derby\" bowler hat, complete with its original hexagonal display box. The hat features a classic black felt body (likely fur or high-quality wool felt) with a grosgrain-bound curled brim and a matching grosgrain ribbon band. The interior showcases excellent millinery craftsmanship, featuring a white silk or satin lining with a protective celluloid crown tip and a hand-stitched leather sweatband. The box label identifies the style as \"Hunt Derby,\" the goods as \"Black Ladies,\" and notes the size as 7 1/4. The name \"Carriage House\" is handwritten on the box label, likely indicating the retail boutique or a small custom maker. Condition Notes Pre-owned vintage condition. The black felt is clean and retains its stiff, blocked shape with no visible crushing or dents. The interior lining and leather sweatband are fully intact, showing only very mild signs of use. The original cardboard hat box shows moderate shelf wear, edge rubbing, and age discoloration, but remains structurally sound. Please review all photos for exact condition details.
