Frye mens roper - Gem。Classic short-shaft roper build. Rounded toe, low stacked leather heel, leather outsole, braided welt trim running the perimeter, twin pull straps at the top of the shaft. Interior foil stamp reads 11½D / 8798 / 4001 / H / 08 / MADE IN MEXICO. Shaft hits mid-calf, sits well under a straight or bootcut jean. Condition: heel has been replaced multiple times from heavy wear. Please read and look at the photos before buying. • Suede has patina and darkened across the vamp and toe with permanent shading and greasy patches that will not brush out • Leather outsole is worn through the finish across the ball of the foot; heel edge is rounded from wear • Shafts have set creases and directional nap loss • No holes, no separation at the welt, no odor. Structurally sound throughout. A few marks as noted in pics. These are broken-in boots with a real patina, not a clean pair. Priced accordingly. They will wear as-is for a good while, and they are a strong candidate for a resole down the road if you want to keep them going. Heel likely needs to be redone again.
