Each Lense has small scratches that are in the field of vision and are noticeable while wearing. the frame has slight scratches near the bottoms and also one of the sides has the Ray-Ban logo that is not fixed in place (it stays in place while wearing but can rotate if not glued down which can be easily done. Also the case it comes with is almost broken at the button snap. if being careful it will stay on and even if it does break off, the button closure will be in tact and protect the glasses fine
